Il Focolare - MINERVINO MURGE

Initially we were a bit put off because it was so empty and bare looking, while the neigbor was full and lively, but we were soon very impressed with the quality of the food. The service is not fast, as it is all done by hand on the spot, but this is also typical of the south of Italy and so if you are not in a rush you can really enjoy the variety. We had very good antipasti, grilled meat (sausage and lamb) as well as vegetables and two bottles of wine between four of us for 25 euro each. We skipped pasta and desert as we were too full. The room is actually very old with high stone ceilings and very cosy. I would return.

A few days ago I had dinner with my friends in this pizza restaurant. appetizers are really exquisite and characterized by the presence of typical murgical specialties. pizzas are excellent and various and delicious desserts. the staff is very kind and attentive to the needs of customers.
