Pizza House - Milwaukee

The 16 is like a normal large, give or take. It tastes really good. The crust is good, the cheese couldve been cooked alittle longer til golden but I wasnt upset. Reminds me of Chicago style pizza, almost

If I was feeling very generous, I would call this nothing special . But since I 'm still hangry after a very unsatisfying meal, I won 't be doing that. The pizza wasn 't exactly bland, but more so generally off-putting . The cheese was layered thick, and slightly rubbery. It is one of those things that words can 't really describe, but it didn 't feel like pizza cheese. More like a thin coating of string cheese. Not good! The sauce was barely there. It was inoffensive, but only scraped by with that assessment due to its surreptitiously substrated nature. I want to taste my sauce. I like sauce. The crust... was fine. Not good, just fine. Bland. Uninteresting. Kind of like it didn 't want to be good, afraid that it wouldn 't fit in with the rest of the pie. The toppings? Fresh, actually. Vibrant green peppers and passable pepperoni (tongue twister? , but that isn 't enough in this case. This is not a pizza that I would call a pizza. Like, does it look like a pizza? Yes. Does it evoke notions of pizza? Yes. Is it a pizza? I don 't know... do you really want to risk it to find out? The boneless wings were inedible. The chicken was more than dry. I can only assume that the chicken was put in a dehydrater prior to being fried. And then taken to rest under the scorching sun of the Gobi Desert. The sauce was decent, but I couldn 't get the chance to enjoy it because the vessel took me the same amount of time to chew that it took to type this review (enjoy the free rhyme . The fries were good. With SO many better places to choose from, why order this? (Oh, and it was recommended to me by a DoorDash ad... take that for what it 's worth... Just okay. The bread and sauce were really delicious, but it was not loaded with cheese and gooey, as I would prefer, and how it looked in the picture. It did the job for a late Saturday night.

I ordered a gyro but they gave me a philly cheese instrad. The cheese pizza wasgood though.

They never disappoint their pizza is sooooooo good
