I have been going to this meat shop for years. They have the freshest meat around and you can get it custom cut to your liking. If you need pork belly, pork face and jowl for Korean BBQ they can provide such cuts unavailable at your local grocery store. It's also good to patronize local independent businesses for them to thrive. They have many smoked items like sausages and maybe ingredients for making Haggis!

Great place for anything you might want in a smokehouse or fresh meat butcher shop. Very friendly people. I make it at least once a month
