Uno Pizzeria Grill Millbury

Uno is usually pretty consistent quality wise, and this one is no different. However, they seem to always be understaffed and the service is usually VERY slow. On our most recent visit, with a reservation from OpenTable, we were told that there was a wait and that they were essentially ignoring reservations. So despite a 1pm reservation for 4 people, we waited about 20 minutes to be seated it would have been longer but the people ahead of us walked out. After 3 or 4 visits to this spot, with consistently slow service and obvious chronic understaffing, I think we're done. We'll go to one of the other restaurants in the plaza that don't seem to suffer from the same issues

We waited 10 minutes to be greeted, we were seated the drinks we ordered were very good. Our food order took 50 minutes to be delivered to the table. My husband and daughters pizzas were very over cooked. We tried to give Unos another try but unfortunately it was an epic fail. The server was also the bartender. She was doing the best that she could she maintained a smile and was pleasant

Have reservations that they could not find waited a very long time for service and longer for food If you like wasting time this is the place to go

Our server was great as was the receptionist. Food came timely and made as we ordered. Only negative would be that we wanted to order wine and multiple brands that were listed weren't available. Not a huge deal, there's always wine available. :

Pizza was subpar. No flavor and toppings were sparse. This was 2nd visit and it was not any better than the 1st dining experience. Do not recommend.
