Bidrage med feedbackI got my food in drive thru faster than usual. But I felt as if the cashier was mad at me for being there. And then I tried to eat my salt sticks but there wasn't enough fry on them. They did manage to scrape the onions off my burger. Lady, I am not the reason you work there. Don't take your anger out on me. This is why I only try wendys once every few years.This location did not look closed.
Ordered online in advance for pickup. 5 minutes waiting in the drive through and then 20 in the park-and-wait area. Got home and realized part of my order was missing. Good old customer service gave me a credit though... but the credit doesn't even cover the cost of the missing item. Never again.
The workers in the morning were asked to make 2 combos, 1 baconator 1 maple bacon egg sandwich, and one ended up being a burrito. We went back to have them give us the missing sandwich, and as they were handing us the bag, we asked if it was the missing baconator, and they retracted the bag and came back with another one.....and come to find out later the one they handed to us is another burrito.....????I want to know what kind of cosmic power retail workers are using to screw up an order of TWO ITEMS THREE TIMES. Completely ridiculous.
Quick service. Good food. Restaurant was clean. No complaints.Kid-friendliness: Can't go wrong with a frosty and fries for a kid.
Manny treated me well, great worker, kind, and excellent service. Would recommend.
