Hungry Jack's Midvale

Don't normally buy take away food as it's nearly always awful. However, necessity drove me to buy take away and was passing here. Was very very surprised and will have to rethink my views on take away. The burgers were perfect!. They looked like the pictures in the drive through. The buns were fresh, the lettuce crisp, the tomatoes fresh and firm, the onion rings were crisp. Nothing was soggy. Well done Midvale HJ's.

I have visited this restaurant for lunch and late-night meals multiple times since my last review. The service is always accurate and quick. The thick cut fries are superior to the old style fries as they stay warm for longer but have a similar taste. I hope the management can continue to run this place efficiently.

Wanted to try the new Vegan Burger then wished I hadn’t. Two soggy patties instead of one. I suspect the patties were microwaved because they were hot but soggy. The vegan cheese and mayo was OK but because of the patties it just kept falling apart. Left 50%. Disappointing.

I typically don't eat fast food, but my 90-year-old father suddenly developed a craving for cheeseburgers, so we decided to try a drive-thru order. Ordering was simple, with a clearly displayed menu and separate payment from food collection, which I appreciated. The meal deals were good value, but I was taken aback by the small size of the buns and fries portions. They were sufficient for my father, who has a small appetite and thoroughly enjoyed his double cheeseburger, but I would need two or three to feel full. Everything was ordered and picked up within minutes without leaving the car. The establishment looked very clean and well organized. I will likely return with my father, but I'll stick to my occasional fish and chips when I want fast food and a more substantial meal.

I have visited this restaurant several times during its new phase and have enjoyed it. The new menus are excellent and the decor is very modern. The coffee is good and the new nuggets and chips are just as advertised. I recommend downloading the Check In app from Hungry Jacks to receive freebies or discounts. The app won me over and I will definitely be returning. The staff is extremely friendly and it's hard to find fault in this very clean establishment.
