Cafe Zinc - Midland

We had an excellent meal with cocktails before. The calamari appetizer was delicious and the dipping sauce very good. One of us had salmon another had the duck and another the tenderloin . All were excellent and cooked just the way we ordered. . Our server did a great job. My only recommendation would be to have a printed menu detailing what bourbon and scotch were available. Our waitress had to read the list, and I was looking for one particular one and not paying attention to all the others. When she was done, my scotch was not on the list and she had to re-read them.

Great service, fabulous food, and a pretty atmosphere made for a wonderful breakfast.

I had a delightful lunch experience at Cafe Zinc, where Alyson served us. Her attentive and friendly approach added to the overall positive atmosphere. The menu offered a diverse range of delicious options, and the presentation of dishes was impeccable. The ambiance was cozy, making it a great spot for a casual lunch outing. Alyson's excellent service made the dining experience memorable, and I would gladly return for another enjoyable meal.

Food was amazing and quick to come out once order was taken. Although staff was very friendly and accommodating it took awhile to receive our beverages and have our order taken. I would recommend.
