Fuji Sushi - Midland

Quick service and delicious sushi and sashimi! Sat at the sushi bar to watch the sushi masters at work. Enjoyed a large cup of Hot green tea and enjoyed their sushi and sashimi plate with the a great assortment of fish. I love how they have a bottles of spicy mayo and sweet brown sauce right at the table! I always love dipping my fish in that stuff! Took home a slice of tiramisu too that was very light and sweet.

I highly recommend the sushi at Fuji Sushi! I drive by the Eastman Rd. exit every other weekend and I look forward to any opportunity to eat here. They never disappoint. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and the sushi is top notch. Check out the Spicy Girl roll!

Good sushi, reaasonably priced, and the service was good. They need to add some unfiltered cold sake to the menu. Presentation was excellent, too. A good thing we went early; it's a popular dining spot, even on a bitterly cold evening!

I was taken to this place by my girlfriend as a birthday gift and was given a day to remember. I love love love sushi and Fuji Sushi is easily the best and freshest sushi I’ve ever had with some of the sweetest and friendliest staff. Didn’t know salmon could be so buttery soft or how delicious white tuna could be until visiting this place. We ended up getting a boat for 3 (there was only 2 of us) and stuffed ourselves. My girlfriend is always on the fence about eating sushi at the places we’ve been so far, but had her fill of special rolls, sashimi, sushi rolls and more, it was a beautiful moment. The thing that really surprised us was how affordable everything is considering the quality of what you are getting. We expected to get a bill of $100 or more considering we ate for three and even added things to our menu, but left with a bill around $62. The nice thing about Fuji Sushi is you can tell that it’s been setup so if you need to pop in and grab sush on the go or if you’d like to have a nice time with someone special. The prices are more than fair and the food is something to write home about. Also, the miso soup appetizer was a surprising treat. (Currently eating leftovers)

Good sushi for the price and service is quick. One of the best dishes in my opinion are the udon and soba noodles. The flavor is amazing and the portion size is large enough to usually get me lunch the next day.
