Little Caesars Pizza - Middletown

VERY UPSET AND UNSATISFIED! Order, wait, 5 minutes before it's ready, it was canceled without explanation! Went in, ignored for 10 minutes before from supposed managers about how they canceled it bc they were made of cheese for filled crust and we should know that! No APOLOGY! The staff stood in a circle on the back, while the customers waited, literally every customer who came after us waited about ten minutes or more before they are welcomed! The employees were rude and were not interested in telling how it was 't their fault and how they 't contact us. Don't come back! Very recommended! If I could give a zero star and still leave an evaluation, I would.

You know what about Little Caesars? I got it. It is not the highest quality pizza, but it tends to be a big bang for your Buck. This special place, although I would avoid one if you got the Lil C?s desire. I ordered here 4 times in the last few months. The first 2 were decent experiences, only extremely long waiting times (30-40 minutes after pick-up time). The third time I ordered online to have canceled the order for no reason 2 minutes before pick-up time while I was on the way. I called and asked why it was canceled and they informed me? it was not where close ready? and basically said I had to reorder and pay a second time to get my original order?. The fourth time I picked it up at the scheduled time and had to wait 37 minutes for my order. And when I saw how they made several pizzas and orders of crazy bread, I saw how they don't use gloves, don't wash their hands and even suck the ingredients from their fingertips. This location is EXTREMELY unseen and uncertain. PLEASE finds another location. I'm not gonna eat here again. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not only 1 is because despite all their pizza was consistently quite delicious.

The service was not available. I put an online order that said it would be ready for pickup at 5:42. The order tracker finished it only at 18:09. When I raised, they gave me only half the order and then went back to the kitchen probably to get the other half. Unless they let me wait for the other half of the order until 18:49. This is more than an hour after it should be done and forty minutes after it marks it ready pickup on the tracker. There seemed absolutely no management on the website to keep things running smoothly. The only thing that stops this from being a star review is that the pepperoni pizza was really good and they gave us an additional excuse for waiting. Management must be replaced.

This must be the worst little Caesars around the world. My favorite time was the day they had no pizza. Seriously, no pizza. Or when they couldn't open the cash registers. That was funny. I can't imagine any worse setup. On the plus side, employees are usually friendly and apologetic for the terrible way this restaurant is run.

Waited in line at the drive though for over a half an hour just to be told it would be more of a wait after ordering. Only saw one employee with a uniform shirt on, all others just had regular clothes that looked dirty and you can hear them yelling at each other while sitting in the drive though waiting. So much for ?hot and ready?
