Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Middleton

This review is available for the catering of Dickey's BBQ. I recommend the catering from here. Dickey made our wedding for almost 100 guests at an outdoor reception and the food was incredible. Honestly, so much better than any food I've ever had. Everyone was blown away and commented how great the food tasted. Catering can be very hard, including keeping food on the right textures and temperatures. But Dickey did taste it. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helped to clean dishes. The catering manager, Ryan Prentiss, was amazing from the beginning. He has a wonderful job booking of our reservation and menu options, as well as the execution of the facility and delivery day-of. I'd go back with Dickey's for future catering requirements. It was a highlight of our wedding. Thank you.

The staff here arrived at 20:30 for me in a pinch! I was responsible for putting the meat in a night shift and Dickey had everything I ordered! My staff shaved over the marinated chicken, the delicate pork ribs, the tender chopped brisket, the grain bread (less faster than free food brands! Lol) and the cream spinach! They were fast and reliable! You won new customers at my work with their delicious food!

Ordered a ribbed meal for lunch via the Curbside option on the website and showed up 5 minutes early for pickup, as the tracker said, they pack the food . After 15 minutes at the pick-up time of 1:30 I got tired of waiting and went into which I didn't want to do because of back pain. The lady at the counter didn't know English and had to get the guy from behind to answer my question, why the food there for 10 minutes in her warmer... he was surprised and schroff Oh, you had a crash? ... the tracker still says they're packing him after I'm home and ate... I wish there was a way to take my tip back. Business should close. Probably not be back and will certainly share with as many as I can.

I love the okra, something you can not get very many places in Wisconsin. Everything was excellent, except the reels were a little hard. In any case, the trip to the other side of the city is worthwhile.

Brisket was room temp at best with minimal flavor. Third time here and maybe last. Biggest concern is hygiene. Brisket weighted on dirty scale with no paper. Knife that not clean. Beef Butter BBQ is MUCH BETTER.
