Pollo Tropical - Miami

This place is a nightmare girl bolt in the other way I assure you that other food place is better than this. Always something is missing in my order. I always came back because there was usually something small, but they really pushed it this time. They gave me a tiny cripple chicken instead of a sandwich, and they missed a whole piece. but they still accused me of everything. Listen, I get it if you don't have the food items available, but just say that! don?t try to pass a sniffy little piece of crusty chicken than another thing. or calculate me for something that is not even in the pocket. It's just criminal. I tried to talk to the manager about it and she just told me to cancel the pickup order? What do you mean? I have already paid and the order has been completed, I cannot cancel it lmao. had to come an hour to their crappyservice line to finally get my refund as they were too rude to do it in the store.

Horrible experience I came in my lunch brake on Monday and was not able to eat , came inside at 1:20 pm on and got my order at 2:11 pm ,50 minutes waiting, ordered Yuka fried with cilantro sauce and they gave me the order without the sauce, said it was none left. The line to order was extended and they only had one cashier that took her time she left the cashier unattended in several occasions. Horrible experience I will not come ever ever again.

The food is decent tasting, but the management here seems to be lacking. We ordered inside at 5pm on a Sunday and they were out of 3 things we wanted to order. They skimped on the meat in one of the dishes because it was all they had left, but didn?t offer to add anything else to the dish. The flavors were decent and you get enough food to fill you up. The sweet plantains are very good.

Beware do not go to this Pollo Tropical. Horrible experience. The people that work there are beyond rude. The wait is incredibly long they do not care. On top of that the try to overcharge you and come up with the worst excuses trying to cover up the fact they try to scams and steal from their customers. I ordered the Family Meal with white rice and black beans which on the menu says $15.99 the drive thru guy then tells me it?s $21. I asked why if the menu says $15.99 he proceeded to tell me that?s a special only before 4. I re-read the menu and noticed it didn?t say anything like that. So i asked to speak to the manager which at this restaurant is worse. The manager Ailen changes the story and tells me the $15.99 is a weekend special. So i show her the picture of the restaurant menu glad I took it before leaving the order speaker) that show the price and she keeps telling me it?s a weekend special. Clearly the menu doesn?t say that it. So at this point I?m so upset I tell her if they want lie they have to change the menu as it?s false advertising. I ask for her restaurant information and her name and it?s not until this point she says she will do me the favor and give me the price it says on the menu . Which is not a favor at all it?s the restaurant price!! I used to love Pollo Tropical now it?s becoming the worse experience ever.

It's horrible to visit this pollo tropical , after 8:00 pm, you have to wait up to 1 hour with less than 6 cars. They don't take the order, and it makes you wait, to keep the timer on the computer, but they take a long time and it seems like the managers don't check the cameras either, because 1 hour delays are too much to wait, poor experience ever and raw chicken too, this just happened at night.
