Forno Italiano Pizzeria - Miami

I absolutely adore this place, so cosy and delicious, food is always freshly made, it is a family owned business therefore they are not going to have the staff that cheesecake factory has so y'all need to relax LOL! as a miami local i come here all the time a I have never ever ever experienced what the negative reviews state, love this place!!

Went to eat dinner here and wanted to sit outside. It was really hot out so it was nice enough to sit outside but in the shade. We were told to sit down then the menus would be brought to us. So we picked a table to be then told that we needed to move into a sunny table by the server (who seemed to be in middle or high school btw) because there was a reservation for four people coming. When literally all the other tables outside were unoccupied. We decided to the leave and get food next door, time went by and no reservation or other table went to sit outside. I think it's very unprofessional to have children who don't know about customer service working for a restaurant. Telling customers to move tables when there all the other tables are empty is completely rude. I've worked in the service industry for 8 years as a manager. Customers sit where they want to be most comfortable. End of story.

Good pizzas but not the service!! Needs to improve. Customer service is very important in a restaurant and this place is lacking in that department.

This place is amazing. If you're looking for a cute place for a date or local place to enjoy a quick bite, Forno is the place to go.

The Pizza was great, the Paste was not the best. The main reason why I'm writing this review is in my credit card statement the Restaurant is classified as a food store. This effects your reward, restaurant charges receive 3% back while a food store you get 1% on my credit card. This is a small amount of money, hopefully the restaurant fixes this. Thank You
