Confucio Express - Miami

Got the Mongolian Beef dinner via UberEats. It came with house rice and egg roll. Portion size is normal compared to Miami. The quality of the Mongolian Beef was good. I only wish the beef was shredded, instead of big chunks. Shredded is more flavorful. The fried rice quality was excellent... the only thing I hated was that for the free rice they loaded with junk parts like pork, ham, chicken bits. It would be nice to just give out a normal veggie fried rice. Egg roll was egg roll. Not a big fan. Spring Roll is best.

Food was great. Everything was packaged beautifully and the menu was labeled clearly. I wish they had eggs on their veggie rice tho
