Amazing family place. We had a great time. The pony rides aren't included in the entrance fee which wasn't expressed online or when I called. Additionally, the food was mediocre. But we still had a great time.

Don't let the photos fool you, I called in to obtain information to plan a birthday party for both my kids are this location and the person that answered the phone did not speak any English. The person was able to convey in Spanish that we needed to go in person to obtain the information from a manager and tour the place to see where the parties are held. despite being told that the close at 8PM, I arrived a few days later to speak to the manager on a Friday at 6PM and had to wait over 30 minutes for the manager and when he finally arrived he would not be bother to walk us thru the prices and show us where they hold the parties and proceeded to tell us he was in the process of closing the location and told us to go an see ourselves where the parties are held. we advised him we have never ben to this place and went based on a recommendation we were very disappointed that the manager would not give us his attention and show us around walk us thru what the prices included. the level of customer service for something so simple in providing us the details on the prices as well as show us the venue was difficult to obtain. if this is that difficult just to get some simple information I don't want to know the day of an event the level of service that they would provide. it was very discouraging dealing with they staff and the lack of English speaking staff poses an issue as well.It’s sad to see that the poor customer service continues despite the efforts to try to come across like this place has great customer service. I messaged the number that was given the day after it was posted and to this day no one has responded. I stick to my initial review that if this is the level of service someone gets that is looking to have a large important event at this place, god only knows how bad things will go the day of an event after everything is all ordered and paid for.

This is a great place to take the kids. So many different activities for them to play with. They have a corn pit, a huge jumping pad, you can feed the animals, paint ball shooting, or enjoy the giant water park. They have a cute train that picks you up at the entrance that takes you all the way to the back where all the activities are. The food is sooo good too. Their shakes are super yummy too. A fun place for the family to go out and have some fun. Wear breathable clothing because it does get hot.

It's looks like a nice place. We only took the kids for a pony ride $7 for three loops around) and walked by the pond and left. The park in the back was $22 per person to go in! Even adults but there's really only things for children to do. It would've been too costly for 4 adults and 2 kids to go in. The water park was about $37 p/person and children gave to be over 3.

Super good food. They have a variety of Cuban cuisine, as well as delicious Cuban pizza! Try their milkshakes and burgers.
