Honestly, this is one of the best restaurants in Miami Beach. It’s located at the National Hotel. Impeccable service, beautiful decor and ambiance, particularly on the outdoor patio. The food: Outstanding. Every meal I had was amazing (breakfast,lunch and dinner! I would give the food 6 stars if I could. Everything is perfectly made and presented well. I just want to give a shout out to Alexandra , the dinner server who was delightful and professional! Well done Mareva 1939!

When I made the rez I did not realize it was in a hotel. Upon arrival there was an instant old school Miami feel and when I say old school I mean old school cool, a classy Miami vibe for sure! Sitting outside overlooking the pool and impeccable landscape is a constant reminder you are in paradise. The attention to detail is everywhere. The entire staff and management all work together insuring your time there is nothing short of special. The food was fantastic and some of the best I have had. On request, our server happily walked us through the menu explaining each dish and paired our meal with a great bottle of wine. Everything we ordered was its own culinary experience! It has definitely earned a top spot on our “must go” list for whenever we are in town. We will be back many many times for sure. I can not recommend this place enough!! 5 stars!

Service and food was spectacular! Highly recommend!

This was our second time at Mareva 1939 and again, it was outstanding! We sat outside on the terrace (not poolside and enjoyed the cool Florida air! There were four of us and we ordered everything on the left side of the menu everything and had dessert. Each item was incredible...I LOVE the Pan con Tomate, Grilled Artichoke Hearts wow! (how did they do that? Kale Salad, Scallops Crudo OMG THE OCTOPUS!, Mussels, Steak Tartare!! BONE MARROW! We loved everything, but the above are just a few that jump out. We will be back again and again!
