Bidrage med feedbackWe had heard a lot about this place and therefore went there during our stay in Diveagar. They served a fixed menu with a standard Thali for Veg, Egg, two types of fishes. The content was very limited for non-veg thali. We were disappointed with the menu as well as taste. Crowd was huge as like us they too heard a lot about this place. Service is prompt though.
In my humble food here is strictly okish. The service is good. Like other khanavals (local food eateries) in Diveagar, they have 5-6 Thalis only on menu (1 is veg thali , 1 is egg while rest are fish) . Service is prompt
Excellent thali whether it be veg chicken or fish... super... the crowds are a testimony to the popularity and super food. has its own parking area
Serves only a few types of thalis served without customisation. Apparently started out of a home but expanded due to popularity of the food. Sea food is excellent, slightly better than other outlets in Diveagar. No mutton though. In fact we didn 't find mutton anywhere in this place. Gulab Jamun is unique small and extremely soft type and kids loved 'em. Paan shop inside the joint is an added bonus. Usually crowded. Recommend the pomfret and surmai. Limited menu options is a concern.
This restaurant is a great choice for non-vegetarian Thali. Make sure to book in advance. It's worth trying at least once. The food is always better than your typical Punjabi Chinese cuisine.
