With the family for a birthday party, I ordered etouffee and fried fish. excellent, just a little seasonal required. my man ordered the oyster-poboy and loved it, along with the koleslaw he thought it was too sweet, but my son and I loved it) my daughter in the law ordered the seafood salad with ranch and it was awesome, my neice ordered the rubber bear, but said it needed also seasoned. my son's birthday type) ordered the stuffed crab, a side of etouffee, and a side of red bean n reis, said everything was great. I tried to buy his stuffed crab and it was 100x better than bought or other restaurants, could see the krotten. great taste. our server was efficient and accommodating above the top. before I forget, everything began with boiled red cartomas and butter, delicious and 1/2 dozen bbq oysters and 1/2 dozen carved oysters. loves the garlic butter best.

Has always been one of my local favorites. filled pork, speck wrapped garnel, small garden salad (with a very tasty spicy tomato Italian dressing,) small crooked augratin (my favorite menu item,) and a French baguette served warm. that's bleeding for me. we were immediately greeted, sat immediately and served immediately. I can't wait until I get back.

There is something to say about the classics. deanie’s was a constant food scene in the new Orleans area as long as I can remember and that is not a bad thing. do not come in the expectation fantasy decor or a new menu, but come for a real taste of new orleans in the whole environment. it is hard to have a bad experience here and should be on the list for anyone visiting in the opposite!

This was a fantastic place with absolutely delicious food. our waiter, patrick, was the best. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. we had the stuffed mushrooms and carcinomas for starters. so delicious! I had the seafood gum and my man had the seafood salad, we ate every bite. we highly recommend this restaurant.

Very busy but not a super long wait, also for as busy as it was it didn't feel over crowded. Customer service was great and the food was delicious!! Dessert was even better!!
