Bidrage med feedbackPretty good, I prefer this Jacks over the one on Recker. Mostly because they occasionally make the effort to toast their buns here.Like most fast food places, it's hit and miss. Sometimes its great and other times it's just okay But that's not really the fault of the store.
After person gave me my order I asked for condiments but the girl closed the window on me. She saw me look and wave at her but she still walked away and pretended she didn’t see me. I waited there for a couple minutes but I guess she was waiting for me to leave. So I went around to the speaker box and I let her know what I needed. She gave me the biggest attitude as she was giving me the rest of my order. All in all poor service.
I never get a receipt at this location and right after you pay you are asked to do shady stuff like reverse behind the window so their timer stops. Then you just stare at your food that is waiting for you at the window you can’t wait at, in the drive thru line. At night they ask you to drive up to the front door and wait for your food too. I rather just handle my drive thru orders the normal way; without the workers instructing me to do non-normal drive thru interactions and then act like I’m the problem when I try to comprehend that I’m being told to move before getting my food.
The manager Anna was very rude to people ordering with an EBT card. As I went through the drive thru she asked for my pin number and said I had to go inside next time to order. I said no I will not give you my pin number she got mad and said we are not going to steal your benefits. She should know never ask for someone pin. She should be investigated for theft because I'm sure she's part of the many thefts happening in the Phoenix area with EBT benefits getting stolen. Especially if she's asking people for their pin number. And no people don't have to go inside if they're ordering with an EBT card it works just like a debt card and they should not treat people any different. She should be fired plus she couldn't even speak English. How she's managing a Jack in the box is absolutely absurd. And even after I got my order which was a chicken fajita pita they didn't even have the cup of salsas.. So Anna decided to stuff all kinds of hot sauces and ranch dressings in my bag when I didn't even ask for them. I took them out put them on the counter and asked why are you giving me these. She continued to be rude and disrespectful. I'd like to talk to corporate about the incident
“We’re only taking doordash and Uber eats orders right now” at like 1 in the morning. Is this a joke ?like just throw the whole restaurant away at that point bro. I call BS and it sounds like they were too lazy to take other orders.
