Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mesa

The food looked half eaten and the portions were small

Really the absolute worst location I've been to in the valley. We've tried four times, each time hoping it's better. The meat is SO BAD. Lots of chewy or crunchy bits. The service is just as bad. I recommend the location on Mill Ave near university.

I get there one minute early they tell me not open yet cool not a big deal wait a minute they let me in still unpacking whatever a little behind then there friend shows up not in uniform behind the counter laughing joking walking around like she owns it hey maybe she is the owner didn’t seem like it though sharing coffees just messing around a lady named or maybe her postion cash was not at the table to take my money my food sat there for 3 minutes all boxed up I’m on a tight frame I get messing around but not in front of a regular customer not going there anymore it’s a joke extremely upset my time is valuable just like everyone who is a customer

First time to this Chipotle and I will NOT be back. The food counter was absolutely disgusting. Cheese, sour cream, guacamole, etc., smeared across the whole thing and even all over the check out counter. I feel like they had plenty of time to be able to wipe the counter numerous times and didn't. The female employees didn't seem to care about anything other than chat with their friends/ coworkers. Only positive and friendly employee was the male employee at the start of the line. Do not go here if you care about cleanliness. GROSS!

I had a burrito for lunch today, 30 minutes later I was running to the toilet with extreme gastro upset. You can do better Chipotle!
