Chick-fil-a - Mesa

I recently stopped by for some fries and water. I had accidentally forgotten to order water while being pregnant. The server brought over our food and then quickly returned with a large ice-cold water and two brownies. She mentioned they were for the baby. I was grateful for the excellent service and the extra kindness shown to a forgetful pregnant woman.

This is $9.13....the containers are all missing like half the food. The kale is very wilted. And they aren't very big. That fruit cup was $3.85....If I wasn't so tickled I'd be mad. Come on chick fil a...

Used to be great. After they re-opened, I have experienced mistake after mistake. Missing food item, wrong item, etc. The last straw was getting fries with a ton of salt when I requested no salt. The receipt reflected no salt. Couldn't eat the food item I paid for. And complaining, in order to get it resolved, is a pain. Just not worth it anymore. I go to a different chick fil a, or go to Taco Bell next door.

This was my third visit to this restaurant and unfortunately, it will also be my last. There were twelve employees working during my visit, but they all appeared to be confused and rushed. On a Saturday afternoon, it took four employees and 15 minutes after I placed my order to finally receive the milkshakes I had ordered. I had to remind them four times while standing there, causing our food to get cold. To top it off, the milkshakes were watery. I spent $30 on this meal, which was the worst experience I have ever had at this establishment. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
