Jol's At The Redhouse - Merthyr Tydfil

I dined at this restaurant with a friend on Friday. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly and the bacon gravy added a nice touch. I definitely plan on returning.

My experience at this place was different from other reviewers. My friend and I had a small cup of coffee that we had been waiting for a long time before we even ate. When the food finally arrived, it was not what I had ordered. Despite reminding the server and speaking to three different employees, my order was still wrong. I ended up being served a hot ham roll instead. Although I was so hungry that I ate it anyway, I was disappointed with the service. I am originally from Merthyr and would like to see a place like this succeed, but I am concerned about the incompetence of the staff. The beautiful dining area in the old town hall deserves better.

This place is amazing! The food is outstanding and I would recommend it to everyone. The service is top-notch. I can't wait to go back!

That is a caffe with a difference. the surrounding area is located in the beautifully renovated old town hall. the menu has a good selection of food for a lot of taste to very low trips. the must be the best caffe for miles near merthyr tydfil.

Recently been too jols and it was absolutely outstanding the food is to die for at low prices! The staff are out of this world with kindness!! And I would definitely recommend to anyone that is look for lunch or all day breakfast!
