Kartoffelhaus Nr.1 - Merseburg

I can't say anything bad about the merseburg kartoffelhaus. we were there in the summer and put ourselves in the beer garden as it was so nice weather. we ordered food and it didn't take long, then we could eat. I found the service staff friendly and accommodating. only that I unfortunately felt that they were very concerned about us. every 5 min came the service and asked us if it tastes etc. that was a bit intrusive for me, so only 4 stars. in front of the house there is a large parking lot. kartoffelhaus merseburg highly recommended!

Eat taste, but the service is unfortunately no longer lost to the table, so we couldn't get any other drinks, good, money saved and back into the house!

A harmonious place with beautiful beer garden in summer. Superb service and affordable, good kitchen. Style: upscale home cooking around the potato. The dishes are delicious and the portions very neat.

Gestern war ich im Kartoffelhaus. Es ist gemütlich, urig eingerichtet. Der Service war schnell und freundlich. Bestellt habe ich ein XXL Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln, Pilzen und Salat. Mich erinnerte das Essen an ein Rasthaus Schnitzel beim Autohof an der Autobahn. Bei einer Bewertung als Nr. 4 in Merseburg habe ich etwas anderes erwartet. Der Salat stellte sich als Salatgarnitur heraus. Meine Erwartungen wurden leider enttäuscht.

Very German kitchen - lot of fats, potatoes and beer. Good quality for decent prices. Excellent location.
