Merritt Square Mall - Merritt Island

From the time I walked in to the time I left, my shopping experience was good. I even found a phone on a mattress and turned it in to the sales clerk on the second floor. However someone that went above and beyond was Kristian Wetter. After mentioning my sensitive skin and that I am under a doctor's care, he prepared a sample for me to try. Most of the time you spray the colognes on a card to see how they smell, however you do not know how it will react with your body chemistry. I actually have to wear the sample to see if there are any outbreaks or irritation to my skin. Kristian Wetter understood the assignment with me and was very helpful and understanding. Even though I can shop at the military exchange no taxes), Kristian's attitude towards me made me feel like the most important customer in the world. His customer service was on point. He just made me become a regular shopper of Macy's at Merritt Square Mall in Cocoa, FL. Also if you are shopping for bargains, go upstairs to the second floor, very good prices up there.

The three star rating on this is mostly because of the mall is dated. And the facility that he Court is in is OK. It is clean. And they do serve food pretty fast.

It's sad to see this once beautiful and prosperous mall now failing. Area in front of Dillards, carpet dirty stained. The furniture looks like they belong in the dump, dull wood cushions mismatched (and not in a quaint way) and filthy.So many empty stores and kiosks. It's a shame. They'll never attract new stores looking like this.

Better whenever chick- fila inside as well. Theater is nice Tuesday special price's . Employee's are always very good professional. Thanks

I have been going to the Merritt Square ever since I could walk. It is really a family oriented establishment. I have experienced everything from my first trick or treat, science fairs, highschool homecoming, and now college graduation with the various merchants in the mall. Not to mention Bizarros has literally watched me grow up! Great location!
