Starbucks - Merrick

I ordered an espresso with sugar free vanilla and oat milk. Unfortunately they added real milk which caused me to spend the night in the bathroom. People need to know when someone says no milk or any food, a lot of the times they're not picky, they may be severely allergic or have some other concerning medical conditions. If I was deadly allergic to milk, I could have died that night brcause someone did not do their job right.

A helpful employee let me know which orders were incomplete at the pickup table.

Today which is Friday Starbucks was packed with kids, they're everywhere , that's a fire hazard, they're sitting on the floor, standing, blocking the pick up area, I have to put my mask on that time. I can't. I know it's kids friendly, family friendly but it is not a hangout place, this place becomes their school ground, cursing, yelling and screaming kids.

The manager Carly yelled at my daughter for her Toruttes. my daughter can’t control her disorder. I want this girl out. my daughter got the cops called on her and her friends for being to loud but Carly did not talk to them before she called them. my daughter is so upset because she can’t control it and Carly made her insecure. Something needs to be done.
