Kfc - Meriden

I have NEVER had such poor service in my life. The lobby was not closed so I went in for 2 sandwiches to go, a simple order. One customer was in front of me. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. Finally, this person, who was alsofilling the first customer's order, came to the counter with the food. She then told me she'd be right back and went to preparemore ingredients. There were 5 other employees working. When my order was given, a different employee told me it would be 5minutes. As I waited, all of the employees consulted and discussed their schedule and then disappeared, with the exception ofthe woman at the drive thru window. One young man asked if my order had been taken. I said yes. After 7 or 8 minutes, I askedthe drive thru person if she could check on my order. Another woman came back and prepared the sandwiches with the chicken theyoung man had put in the oven as he spoke to me. No organization or communication. I felt completely ignored and unappreciated.Meanwhile, the lobby hadn't been cleaned so I am not sure what these people were being paid to do.

I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes had to get down to be able to place an order. By the time I got inside all the workers were hanging out in the dining area. Horrible customer service. And they were out of almost everything in the menu

Good service. the food was decent. the original recipe was not as fat. potatoes and gravy and cole Slav were as usual good

The service is a little slow but the people are kind,if slow service really bothers someone,they could always apply for the job. I'm personally not too worried I work at night, so I really don't mind a few minute delay.

It was 9pm and they told us they didn't have more food plu they was close, so we had to go to a different town to get KFC.
