Dal Baffo Ristorante Bar Italiano

It is a small Italian restaurant, with very simple ambiente, but an excellent eating. everything from the appetizers to dessert was delicious.

The food was amazing (really good homemade noodles) and the staff is very friendly. In the end, even the owner said thank you for visiting the restaurant. This is the service that you don't get too often. Good combination of food and the way you...are being treated as a guest.

I don't want to bore you with how utterly incredible our meal was at this restaurant, so I'll keep it brief. Let's start with the service. It was attentive, friendly, warm, and welcoming. Even though this was our first (of many to come) meal at...Dal Baffo, they greeted us like friends. The wait staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. The chefs/owners came to see us and were absolutely lovely. Now the food. We've eaten a lot of Italian. We've eaten it in Italy, in other places in Europe, in the Americas and, often in Merida, which is spoiled for choice with some excellent Italian restaurants. This one, however, in our opinion, is the best so far. I can only describe them as gourmet, home cooking. Everything was made by hand, and you could feel the love and effort with every bite. Everything was delicious. While there was a wide selection of excellent wine for every taste and budget, even though I was lucky enough to try one of their nicer bottles (I wasn't paying), the house red is very good and well paired with the cuisine. The truth is that we can't wait to go back. A treasure.
