Service was good, eating was really fresh and tasty and the atmosphere was cozy. the whole family said they would like to return.

I visited the restaurant 2/19 for the first time. If you get a table in the bar expect it to be very loud. So much so that I strained to hear the conversation from my dinning companions. The menu is typical American pub food, nothing special but what I expected. I typically order a burger first time in a restaurant to determine if the chef is competent before I explore further. Mine was the blue cheese and Vidalia burger cooked medium. What I received was a poorly seasoned over cooked burger with a surprise ingredient. The surprise was the chef failed to remove beef patty separating paper and plated it within my sandwich for my consumption. Unfortunately, the surprise was discovered after I consumed half of the burger (and paper)! Not wanting to make a fuss and interrupt the flow of my companions' dinner I removed the remaining paper, piled it on the side of my plate, and finished my disappointing meal. When the waitress was clearing the table, I informed her of the issue and asked her to relay the problem to the chef. When she presented the bill, she apologized and when she returned to the table, she told me she spoke to the chef and he too apologized. For those of you that are wondering if the restaurant made some sort of accommodation to minimize my displeasure, the answer is no. Foreign objects in your meal at any restaurant is a serious matter and in hindsight I should have discussed the issue with a manager. Regardless, my first impression was not good, and I'll never return or recommend Crave Bar and Food.

Crave has been our place to go since they opened. Never had a bad meal or service. So many great items on their menu and a great staff. Love their salmon dinner, fish or chicken tacos, sliders and perch dinner. Awesome service!
