Arthur's Restaurant in Mentone is a gem of a breakfast and lunch diner. It was recommended to my wife and I through a friend. Although we've lived nearby for decades, we were not acquainted with this place. The food we had for breakfast, a waffle combo, and Cobb Salad were excellent. The amount of food served was plentiful, tasty, and well-priced. We will continue to patronize this fine restaurant. Service: Dine in
