I absolutely love Hothead and their sauce options! My family used to eat here a lot, but that's going to stop. The staff at this particular Hothead is mostly pleasant, but I think they don't know how to cook the rice properly. I noticed that they scrape the old rice into the new batch when they bring in a new bucket. The brown and white rice is always undercooked, hard, and tasteless. The lime flavor on the white rice is missing most of the time. For a family of four to spend around $40-$50 and receive subpar rice is unacceptable. Rice is one of the main ingredients at Hothead and the staff should be well-trained in how to prepare it correctly. Eating undercooked rice is not good for you. This has been happening consistently over the past two months, with each visit seeming to get worse. Today, we finally returned our bowls of brown rice because it was clear that the rice had been sitting for a while. The kids' white rice seemed fine, but overall the quality of the rice is not up to standard.

The wait at the drive-thru was so long that I ended up leaving without placing an order.
