Subway - Memphis

Never got a chance to order food here. One time I was here and the credit card machine was not working. But the place looks clean.

There were two female employees one was working the register and one was making the sandwiches. I had asked the woman stationed at the sandwiches for a wrap. She was putting very little toppings on my wrap, so I asked if I could have more toppings. All of a sudden the lady working the register told the woman making my wrap not to put more toppings on my wrap. She then pointed at a sign about rude costumers that had nothing to do with me asking for more toppings on my wrap. I even told her that I would pay extra, but she still denied to put more toppings on my wrap. So I apologize for the way that she felt, and left the store without my wrap.

Great customer service!!! The two Black dudes do a good job getting me in and out. If I order online or go in to takeout. I appreciate the good job they do.

Food was good this day! Employees needs to be more friendly and smile.Threy seem to be young and unprofessional..This generation don't understand I'm paying your salary to patronize..so ????????????????????????????

Please do not come to this establishment if you have class and some sense. Horrible customer service, they have to men who were playing around an wasn 't being attentive to me. I just wanted to order, pay and leave I don 't give anyone a hard time cause I used to be a food worker too! I felt very much like a nuisance to them, the woman who seem like she was a manager told me they had a big order to feel which was fine but she didn 't call on a extra worker to attend to me. Its like she wanted me to leave, when she told someone else looks like he wants to order something , like what? I use to come here for years as a kid with my best friend, please do not come here if it isn 't busy or at all cause they can careless an do show it. Rather go to the subways on Kirby parkway on quince. Also the neighborhood isn 't that great to be in anyways. Safety is number one for me! This was around 4:00pm on May, 5th, 2022, do better Memphis please! Will not be coming back.
