Lines are always long and the customer service is not so good. 45 minutes in the line to finally come to the loudspeaker and hear, we just have sharp bun? I just don't like popeyes this situation

The drive thru girls where crushing and fussing at each othet using language so bad I started to pull away. The young people have no common sense about what to do and not to do in front of customers. I will never ho there again..totally disapointed in service and food.

Terrible customer service. The lady taking my order seem very aggravated sighing at the fact I was taking too long or that my order was too big. She seemed very upset about her job that she's hired to do. I get to the window and because I haven't ordered $50 worth of food she refuses to break my $100 bill when my total amount due was 40$. If the manager is hiring these type of people and allowing them to perform at work like this he needs to be replaced.

The establishment drive thru is already too slow for them to be making errors on your order. You don't even bother checking if it's correct until after you have made it home from the long wait. They left my side of red beans and rice off my order. The popcorn shrimp literally look like crumbs and the regular size mac and cheese was ridiculously small basically nothing but lump of cheese.

I came in yesterday and they rushed with my tender instead of letting them cook longer so they time could be down. My chicken tenders were so undone and large. At least the one on north Hollywood make sure your food is cooked fresh even if it’s 10 minutes
