Bidrage med feedbackWaited 45 minutes for one pizza. staff didn’t show any concern. we were told it would be ready in 7 minutes multiple times over the course of the time we waited.
Attitude was horrible I don’t have the young lady name but I will not be spending any of my money with them at all and I will make sure my ppl also do not spend their money here
I ordered online for pickup. I walked into the restaurant and a Caucasian “male” employee walked up to the register with an attitude. I held up my phone so he/she/them could see my order number. He/she/them smirked at me and gruffly said, “it would be nice to have a name with that!” I refused to respond to the unprofessional attitude. I have a last name that is spelled in a variety of ways, so I immediately began to spell my last name so he/she/them wouldn’t have a problem finding my order. He/she/them rolled their eyes at me and said, “I can spell!” There was another customer and two young girls behind me, and because I wanted to be respectful for the children’s sake I kept my composure! However, the other customer and I both let them know that they were rude. I asked for the manager and they said they were the manager. At this point, I said to he/she/them, if you’re this rude as a manager I’d hate to have to deal with your employees. I told he/she/them that today was their day to receive mercy and I walked away! I will not order from Papa John’s on Winchester ever again!
Full of young people that are not good with customer service watched them make the pizza without gloves no washing hands waking in between rooms touching things I waited 40 minutes for pizzas I was supposed to have in 25
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!There are so many problems with this I'm not sure I can list them all!1.ordered food using app.2. waited for over an hour.3.order was placed on doorstep (NOT Delivery driver-DOORDASH)4. was charged $5 delivery charge (if I had ordered thru doordash $3).4. Food was ice cold, and half of order was missing.5. Doordash driver had no ide what order even was (and had to flag her down to even get her to speak to me).6. Called store and they just wanted to refund money (3-5 days).I haven't ordered from Papa John's in a while....NOW I REMEMBER WHY!(Let me go find something to feed family now...since it WON"T be the pizza we were waiting on!)I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF GOOGLE WOULD LET ME!!!!
