Outback Steakhouse - Memphis

Hadn’t been here in awhile but this visit was pleasant. Was seated promptly. The waitress Felicia was excellent and we were served quickly. The food was delicious and nutritious. I tried the fried mushrooms for an appetizer. Then I had a marbled ribeye steak with steamed seasonal grilled veggies , and a loaded baked sweet potato. Given that I don’t eat a lot of meat due to my digestion I had no issues, the steak was cooked and marinated perfectly. It was fresh. My godmother had a good time and enjoyed her meal as well which was similar accept she had a salad and regular baked potato.

I had a quick lunch here with a friend. Our server was great! The steaks were cooked to perfection! The lavender lemonade was very refreshing on that hot day! Please keep it on the menu! We had a great time and enjoyed our food and customer service!

Went yesterday evening 3/18/22 our waitress and other staff members was awesome and the food was pretty good also. We was also seated immediately no wait time. Food took a lil while but not too bad.

This was my first time at this location. It wasn't to busy for a Saturday afternoon. The staff was friendly and attentive. My waiter Terrence was great. Only issue I had was there was a bug in my salad ewww.. I inform my waiter and he handled it quickly. The manager Ms Harris came to apologize and corrected the issue at hand. I must say that saved this visit. Overall the food was good and fresh. I would give this location another they.....

I will give a another chance as food was good and most staff were great. Our first waitress was clearly upset about something to the tune of slamming plates, mumbling, etc. but other staff were proactive and rotated her away before we or any other table said something. Most of the staff were great. The first staffer was on the much younger side than normal and perhaps just needs more training or assistance. I don’t know. The food was good, hopefully this was just a bad day situation and hopefully they will continue to come back from the pandemic lows. Again, food was great and there did seem to be proactive actions taken by the other staff.
