Olive Garden Restaurant - Memphis

Food was great, as always. But these kids! The hostess, Deoro was extremely rude. There was a 45 min wait to be seated, which was fine. But the hostess was on her phone/social media the entire time and would let out an annoyed sigh, when someone needed her to work. Someone please teach these kids manners and work ethic. Not a good look for Olive Garden.

We were looking last minute for a place to dine and decided on Olive Garden. It was an excellnt choice for the food was good and the waiter was over the top. I couln't believe the service was so good. We will difinitely return.

Took my wife to OG today. Noticed this big nasty looking hair in my food. I told the waitress who was very nice and apologetic. Then the manager came over to explain that there was some cleaning of the vent hood the night before and that it wasn't a hair {whatever}. No apology no discount no nothing. Not a professional manager at all. I realize that mistakes happen but if you read the reviews you will find other instances exactly like this. I would not have left this review if management had handled this a little differently. I came home and cooked my own lunch. IF YOU EAT HERE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU PUT IT IN YOUR MOUTH.

I was thoroughly enjoying my lunch when I found a bug in my salad. At first I was in total disbelief! I immediately notified my server and she was very apologetic then I asked to speak with the manager. The manager apologized, said that he would take care of my food and asked if I wanted more food. Of course I said no. I was totally grossed out at this point!

Foul just foul now after over looking the bartender whom was completely over worked an hair all fluffed around her head like a dandelion. We order our food and she brought out the salad now as we ate the salad we found a bug in the bowl then a big on my plate under a piece of lettuce. This made us Ill we asked for the manager a waitress whom was standing around went and got him a Mr. Micheal Simmons whom wouldn’t give us his name at first and dismissed this incident as if it wasn’t nothing. He offered only to take off one salad and we had to inform him we were together and to look at the bowl he then said oh I’ll only take care the salad alone. We told him we can’t eat here we are disgusted with the food he walked away as if we hadn’t said a word and without any concern for our well being as customers. We will never return again.
