Gen. Taos was delicious. Nice breast meat in a savory tangy sauce. Perfect amount of breading. Crab Rangoon has a n ice light filling. All in all superb meal.

The shrimp dish woul have bee better if you sent it separated from the lettuce. I was look forward to crispy lettuce. : It was mushy. The fried green scallio pancakes were nothing like the picture. Lots of burned spots and barely any scallions. Greasy. Then the egg roll...I would have paid more if it was the quality of Telys, but it very disappointing because it was like all the other places. Do you get them frozen? They do not seem authentically made on site. They taste too much like every elses. Disappointing all the way around. Will not do that again.

Ordered Cb Beef W. Broccoli CB芥蓝牛. Very disappointing. Fried rice was inedible, clearly stale, and smelled like old cigarette smoke. The hot sour soup was clearly just chili oil, sesame oil, and lots of soy sauce. Not a pleasant experience. Chicken Fried Rice 鸡炒饭 小 was bland, contained nothing but overcooked chicken and a few scallions. A good portion of the supposedly fried rice was still white! I dont like to leave negative reviews, but for what they are charging, this is simply not worth it

The Chicken Lo Mein was amazing. I also got the Small Hot Sour Soup, which is a favorite of mine at most Asian restaurants. I have not had it at Red Ginger before but it was also very good. All sauces and extras were in the bag, including my fortune cookie. Excellent service. I will defintely return.

Another great dinner. This time I read the card that says how much attention they pay to HEALTH ingredients (see picture). Will definitely be a regular customer. Update: returned for another good meal quiet conversation. See additional picture.
