Foxtail Coffee Co. Melbourne

Foxtail coffee… Was so excited about this new coffee shop coming to Viera. Couldn’t wait for them to open so that I can start going there instead of Starbucks. So disappointed when I twice tried to get an extra hot latte and kept getting slightly warm drinks. The person in charge promised things would change and made all kinds of excuses as to why this was happening…they would still need to get used to the new machine, calibrate them machines properly, wouldn’t make temperature checks etc. However, I still paid almost 7 dollars for lukewarm drink with an extra shot. Hasn’t anybody had the same experience? If you have, make sure you voice it because I felt I was treated like it was just a one off, like it was in my head…just me, when I get these types of coffees all the time from Starbucks. I would love to hear from anybody out there that had the same experience so that Foxtail can make improvements and address the issue properly. Moreover, I even noticed the manager gave a few folks some cards for free drinks for their problems, and I had issues twice and she just came up with excuses. It was like my issue wasn’t even acknowledged.

Great coffee joint!Foxtail has been expanding like gangbusters for the last few years here in Central Florida, and I think once you give them a try, you'll understand why! I had the nicest barista last week in the morning here who went above and beyond to welcome me to their business! That's the stuff that customers remember. I will definitely go out of my way to visit again.Parking: There are plenty of spaces and a few accessible spaces as well.

This was my first visit to Foxtail Coffee and it won’t be my last! The staff did a great job offering suggestions for drinks and the quality of the beverages was phenomenal!

Friendly service, good coffee, limited on food options. Grabbed coffees for the whole gang today. Was disappointed that on a Monday morning before 9am, the breakfast selections were already limited. But would be back knowing that the coffee is good and one of the better options around.

Foxtail is by far my favorite coffee, in the Space Coast. I always go in and am greeted with the biggest smiles and delicious suggestions. Today, Faith took care of me and she brightened up my day so much. As I am a regular, she recognized me. I took her suggestion of an ice coffee version of almond joy and it was delicious!! Thank you Faith Foxtail Coffee!!
