Been trying to get to Cryderman's for a year. (Wife doesn't love bbq like me. Got me some brisket, which is always the true test of a bbq place. I loved it. There is nothing like a brisket done right. Highly recommend for all those who love good smoked meat.

The one in cocoa is way better.l got a brisket sandwich today half of the sandwich was fat and the brisket was not tender.never going there again the ride to cocoa is worth it food is always better there.

After years of living in Melbourne and missing the cutoff, we finally made it in. So worth the wait. Came on a Friday afternoon for late lunch, a few tables there but otherwise no line!Staff was immediately so friendly and helpful and informative about the menu, and also passionate about the food and place which is so cool to see.Food is just insanely good. We got the 3 meat platter and the brisket sandwich as well as slaw, Mac, potato salads for sides. Everything was so fresh (meat quite literally cut in front of you) melt in your dang mouth.I had a small issue with my order and the staff immediately helped, righted the issue and went and above and beyond to help and make it right.1000% will be back ..a lot!
