Just had lunch today (August 2019) at the Granero in Medinaceli. The place was busy but our reserved table was ready on time. Service was perfect and the food was great. I understand this is a family business so congratulations to all. We will return, Bernard

We went to Medinaceli, supposedly a wonderful village...honestly overstated by Lonely Planet guide...this place is an asador, but offered only lechazo (lamb) as grilled meat. However, we had very good puerros de navarra, sopa and pernix. Average desserts and wine. Price was normal. Service professional but not friendly at all. Probably there arr better places in the area.

Good service, good food, great location! I don't eat meat or fish and staff understood and suggested suitable plates from the cart. Really enjoyed everything. Gracias .

Conocemos varios sitios geniales en Medinaceli y teníamos curiosidad por comer en este asador así que reservamos una mesa. Al llegar el camarero discutía con sus compañeros, lo que fue un preludio del trato desagradable que nos dispensaron. La comida sin alardes pero el ambiente era tan desagradable que no invitaba a volver. El remate fue la falta de respeto en la parte de la tienda que hizo que nos fuéramos sin comprar nada cuando teníamos un par de productos seleccionados. Para no volver. We know several great places in Medinaceli and we were curious to eat at this steakhouse so we booked a table. When the waiter arrived, he argued with his companions, which was a prelude to the unpleasant treatment they gave us. The food without fanfare but the atmosphere was so unpleasant that it did not invite to return. The auction was the lack of respect in the part of the store that made us leave without buying anything when we had a couple of selected products. Never to return.
