This was the most disgusting pizza I've ever had in my entire life! Had it at Mapleside Farms food truck. I got scammed, what a rip off. Totally disgusting!!! Don't come back. I should have known why there was absolutely no line at their food truck but every other food truck had lines of 50 people or more. There was literally no one standing at their food truck and I was in a hurry. I have no idea what moron thinks it this would actually be a good idea. This is not a fad or a trend. It's pure laziness. If this was a good idea, then everyone would be doing it. As far as I know, these are the first idiots that were too lazy to heat their food and serve a safe product. Sure, they do have cooked pizza crust that is hard as a rock! I literally could break a windshield with their pizza crust it is like a stone. What a scam. Whomever likes this garbage probably are the same people that watch their dog eat it's own feces. You have to heat the pizza sauce. Morons. You are serving dangerously un-cooked food. I don't think these people understand how salmonella food poisoning works! You can literally get salmonella food poisoning from pizza sauce that's been sitting unheated or lukewarm. Read any pizza or spaghetti sauce label. Somebody needs to call OSHA.
The crust red sauce are out this world. So delicious! Their specialty rolls or cauliflower crust pizza are a constant craving. Huge fan...
These folks have a great, unique take on Pizza. Actually, they will tell you that it is closer to what a real pizza is like in Italy. I heard the story goes that a guy was stationed in Italy during a war and this is what they served as pizza, and when he got back he wanted this available here. So what's the big deal? Well they cook the crust with sauce but don't put the toppings and cheese on till it comes out of the oven. This way the crust stays crispy and the heat of the cooked bottom just softens up the cheese without making the whole thing greasy. It is really good and a great experience if you never tried it. Who knows, you might love it. PRO TIP.. if you just can't eat pizza unless it's a gooey mess, just pop it in the microwave for 5-10 seconds!
I was skeptical at first, warm dough and sauce with cold cheese…but my daughter was hungry and was worth a shot (at the Green community tailgate)this was GREAT pizza! the sauce and dough are excellent and the cold cheese worked greatwill definitely get again if i see the food truck around ???
