Rooted: Eat More Plants - Medford

I've loved all the different entrees I've tried! It's a regular lunch spot with me and my friends.

We were so happy to find this restaurant just this week. Apparently they opened 6 months ago. We had a wrap and a panini and both were very flavorful. The staff was very friendly. We can't wait to go back and try some of their other menu items. I wish they would open a restaurant in Ashland.

I loved the menu and the staff was friendly and helpful. It's a great place for anyone wanting to add more health into their deit in a delicious way, so pretty much everyone.

I got the Nourish Bowl with Cashew Queso sauce and it was so yummy! My friend ordered the Spicy Thai Bowl and she enjoyed her dish as well. The serving sizes are ample and I was able to take some home for lunch the next day. I look forward to returning to try more dishes! Almost all of the dishes are vegan, but they do star the few items that may contain honey, which you can omit. They do offer a substitution of pasture raised eggs if you desire. Which I don't!

Yeah, this place is a gem. Staff was super helpful, the portions are huge and fairly priced, the food is all super fresh and wholesome. I got the black bean burrito, added some rice per recommendation of staff, and the house made cashew queso is HELLA good. Definitely worth the stop, only like 5 min off the freeway in a little strip mall across from Fred Meyer.
