Red Lobster - Medford

We went for date night and had a wonderful time. I tried the create your own feast this time with wood fired grilled shrimp and coconut prawns. There is no way I could eat it all. Fortunately, the coconut prawns and baked potato make perfect left overs. As we were leaving, I noticed a waitress on her hands and knees with a flashlight cleaning up the booth across from us. It's amazing the effort they put in to keep it spotless. She laughed it off and told us the crab can be pretty messy sometimes. I'm glad they have such high standards here! It really shows and we appreciate how clean Red Lobster is.

There are several new crab dishes to choose from right now at Red Lobster. I tried the crab and shrimp pasta and it was awesome. However, nothing beats the crab alfredo, which is available all the time and you can even get a half portion. This is a great place for families too.

I love the create your own appetizer. You can pick either two or three of your favorites. I can't get enough of the calamari and lightly fried vegetables. I truly love eating here.

For the last 5 years we have met a group of friends here to celebrate 3 Birthdays. No one has ever been terribly disappointed and the food is normally well prepared. For a chain restaurant I think this is well ran, and we continue going back every year...which says it all for me. Prices are very fair for quality.
