Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

If I'm spending $30 on chicken.. I should be able to get extra sauce ?. I understand everything has gone up.. but there should be some type of condiments inclusion with the order. At least a minimum if 2.I order food and they took the extra sauce out the bag ??... why?Please update your condiment policy if we're spending over a certain amount on Food. Thank you in advance.Food is always fresh, I do believe customer service can be better. Idk just kind of disappointed in the experience. I do understand this is fast food but this is not the first time, I've came here and had this experience. I'm not even a huge Popeyes fan. I'm a ChickFila guy. But I liketo try their new items from time to time. But THIS location has some of the best costomer service than ANY fast food drive thru I have EVER been to. They are always very fast and VERY friendly and polite. I will go here when I am in the area when I don't really need to, just to grab a tea or shake, or a 6 piece wing, b/c of how nice the staff is.

Food is same as every location but food takes 15+ minutes to finish. Last time they had 7 cars waiting for food after using the drive thru. Be better prepared especially on a Friday at dinner

It was my first time visiting a Popeye's I did not think the chicken was very tasty at all it was not that good to me try and see what you think ?

The food is great.There seems to be an ongoing staffing issue.Store manager is very aloof.No one ever answers the phone. EVER.Dining area is clean, bright, and hardly ever occupied.
