Pizzeria Olivia - Medellín

The place was almost alone, the food took a life to serve and was cold; the service was terrible and for what we receive, I think, is overpriced.

I usually refuse to eat in a mall....SO HAPPY I went against this trend when Olivia bleeded my senses with the amazing food. I will definitely return to Olivia.

Large selection of pizza, this a restaurant chain... they are located in the mall and manila also

Great food, poor service, poorly trained staff. I been i Medellin two weeks and eaten her about five times. The pizza, raviolis, bolenes sauce and other Italian dishes are excellent. However the wait staff is among the worst I have ever encounter work wide with the exception of Cuba which could be the worse. Each time we’ve entered, a young girl would eventually come to our table and hand us a menu. Usually with a frown and acted like we might be bothering her. The waitress would stand around and wait for 10minutes and not approach until we would flag them down. When taking our orders, we would have to repeat ourselves three times because she wasn’t listening.. orders were still occasionally wrong. Tables are often dirty even with no or few customers. Most waitress very young, lazy, unfriendly, and untrained. One older waitress was excellent, but not always there.

I have mixed opinions about this place. I have ordered delivery a few times from the office and it have never get complete!! But when i have been at the restaurant it has been really good, specially the chicken salad. Pizza hmmm not my fav. But it a place to try good pasta
