mcdonalds Poblado Plaza - Medellín

We rarely eat McDonalds at home in the states, but we couldn't resist... finally it was right next to the hotel. We had a late dinner planned to get a quick snack. The restaurant was crowded, but the staff... friendly and the food was good. My husband was of the fact that he could add his own Jalapenos to his burger.

I usually don't go to fast food restaurants, but once in a while I like to try to compare places like McDonalds during overseas. The burgers were surprisingly good here. The service was great. It's a counterfeit as it is in... US, but someone brings the food to your table and clears your table when you're done. Prices are similar to prices in the USA, so I would consider this place a little expensive.

Extremely crowded on more than one visit. Approached by children asking for money inside . Multiple tables left dirty with food packages trays on each visit . Obviously patrons here regularly expect someone else to dispose of their trash. This location it right near...SantaFe Mall and Centro Oviedo.

A Mc Donalds with Mc Cafe, kid's zone and all what you expect. It's very crowded for lunch, the cafe is somewhat divided from the main seating area, has better sofas but is crowded and little space but it looks nice given that you won't...find a Starbucks around. They sell really cheap soft cones and sundaes .80- 1.50), service is nicer than the average US McD, speed is ok, not lightning but ok. Place has good parking or you can walk from Oviedo Mall across the street.

I got cold food, my nuggets were cold and not tasty at all, I asked the cashier for extra Barbq sauce and he was not pleased to give me 1 also he made fun of my Caribbean acent trying to pick 1 or 2 words...in spanish.
