Pizza Hut - Mechanicsburg

The first time I ordered from this place, the delivery was too late an hour. well, we were credited. the second time that I am on the phone for a pick-up an hour ahead, and use the credit. the command was enforced, but the future time was not, so I showed up and left empty hand. I was recredited. I then ordered the delivery by phone, but was not told that a little is a personal pan, and I did not receive the sauces I had ordered. When I called into the load, the manager asked me what I wanted to do and did not offer any solutions or excuses. the bank was both once damajah. this place needs help and a new take-out coashier. get it together.

The owner said that the thinning area had just recently opened...no waiting staff, had to pay before, pizza came in a box instead of deep pan, paper plates. hoped that it was back on the way it was earlier...pizza was delicious!

This Pizza Hut has messed up our orders before, but this seems to be a little ridiculous. We ordered online, large pizza (half plain, half with toppings) and a large cookie for dessert. The pizza was definitely not kept separate like we had ordered, there were quite a few toppings on the “plain cheese” side. We also had a completely over baked cookie with burnt chocolate chips, burnt top and part of the bottom, and was as hard as a rock.

I called in an order for delivery and paid for my order by card over the phone and when my order got here the delivery guy said that I still owed for my order and I told him I paid for my order by card over the phone pizza hut needs to wake up and run a tighter ship because this is the last time I ever order anything from them for delivery. Very disappointed in them for trying to get me to pay twice they don't deserve even a one star rating wish I could give them a quarter star rating

My experience with pizza Hut located at 10 Sporting Green DrMechanicsburg, PA 17050 was absolutely the worst ever. our pizza took more than an hour and a half to arrive, it was warm had very little to no sauce on it. calling customer service to connect with the store kept me on hold for more than thirty mins and still got no service. I am disappointed with the service and quality and wont order from there again!
