I understand staffing issues, but when you worker shows up at 11:35 and makes you wait in the drive thru for another 25 minutes before you can even order. That is just unprofessional. It’s lunch hour for people. They really need to pay their people more for better service! This is just horrible.

We ordered in the drive thru, and when we got home we didn’t have the coleslaw, large mash potatoes with gravy, and 1 large fries. Basically the whole order. We only got chicken tenders and the 16 pieces of chicken, the chicken tasted old and poor quality. We went the day after and told them that one of the cashiers said that we can get the food but they said that we can come back tomorrow when the cashier is back. We also made an order online and the payment went through but they told us to cancel it due to not having food but the problem is they charged me,

Ok so I ordered through the app for this location. Placed the order at 4:10pm said order would be ready by 4:45p cool not an issue, but when I got to the location the order wasn’t even on the board! So ok understand there backed up. 15 mins later still no order but every single drive through customer getting the food without issue. The I hear is Kevin even here?! I said I’m right here, the little girl with pink hair lights said ok I’m starting your order now… but she then proceeded to scratch her head with her glove on right as she was about to prepare my order! I said no no cancel my order and refund me, she then starts yelling she was fixing her mic that was on her left side not her right, to the manager, then the other immature kid started to run his mouth and act tough no kid. Manager on duty says she can’t refund my order because I ordered through the app, that’s funny cause every other place I have done app orders have refunded my money to me right then n there! The back was also filthy as a dumpster! Wish the health department would do a surprise visit to this location! If you like hair and whatever else is on someone’s body then go right ahead and have you some chicken here! And also want to say thank you for ruining my Father’s Day with my dad! Do better

Don’t like to listen to what the costumers older messed up a 50$ older went to get the new mnt dew and the nozzle fell in my cup!!! any drink you get from the pop fountain it will leak all over you employees will be eating and talking with you while taken a older eating

Unfortunately, we ordered in the drive through after a very long day. When we got home we didn’t have the chicken we asked for- it was 8 pieces not 12. We only got our gravy, no potatoes to go with them. But hey, we got our awful biscuits. When I called I was told that I should have waited for my other bag. We weren’t told to wait, we were told to have a nice day. At which point we were hung up on. 0/10 will not be going again. Buyer beware.
