This is my favorite jersey Mike’s ever!! I only ever come to this one because they make the best sandwiches here. Im leaving this review today because I came in on 7/24 and my pickup time was 2:08 for a Big Kahuna with extra jalapeños and a side of banana peppers. I got there around 12 mins after it was ready and it was still hot and fresh. Lemme just say this sub today is the BEST I’ve ever had and I’ve been coming over a year. whoever made it deserves a raise the African American guy working today when I came in is always super nice and greets the customers whenever I come in. If he made my sub then thank you it was amazing!!

Whether you are looking to grab something quick for lunch or dinner Jersey Mike's is always a great option. I frequent this location often and the food and service is always great. The ambiance is very chill and there are multiple tables available if you decide to dine in. They also offer a rewards program which is the perfect way to score free food if you are a frequent visitor. My go to favorite sub is #17 the Philly Cheesesteak on Rosemary Parmesan bread (Regular Size). I typically take mine to go so I get lettuce, tomatoes, onion and pickles on the side and this location is definitely a hidden gem in the Mayfield Heights area!

First time having Jersey Mike's and for a small sandwich shop I was impressed. Greeted upon entry by an employee who was newly hired. The man was happy to be working with the company which says a lot. I had the chicken philly and it was done very well! Ingredients were fresh and the order was made quickly. Only minor suggestion would be for the meat to bun ratio be a bit closer. Other than that, well done! Cookie was good too! Service: Take out
