Applebee's Grill - Maumee

Did a takeout order of chicken quesadillas. Food was good. A bit smaller portion than I recall but fresh and tasty. Server greeted me on entry and promptly got my order. Restaurant had nice atmosphere. Some patrons but not crowded. Had a really good vibe. Both staff I interacted with were professional and nice.Parking: Easy parking in free lot in front of restaurant.

We ordered a full rack of ribs that were tough.They were not fall off the bone

We went early on a Friday, 6pm. We get there and are told that the wait (for 5ppl) is 10min. Then 20min later are told that the wait will be longer because the waitress of the section where we were supposed to be sat, said she wasn't ready for us. OK, she wasn't the only waitress, seat us somewhere else. Nope, we get sat in her section. She took our drink order, and then took 10min to deliver them and forgot 2, for another 10min. The whole time saying she'll get the missing drinks very soon. These weren't massive cocktails, there were 3 pops, one draft, and one cocktail. The food order also took forever, with the waitress still telling us that things were coming quickly. She yelled at other customers from behind our table, and just felt like she was either really new to the serving industry, or was incapable of getting help from other employees.All in all, we will probably give it another try just to see if it was just an off day.

I brought my son, daughter in law, and grandson, as well as my wife in for dinner tonight. Our waitress was Taylor, and she did an amazing job. She was on top of it for sure. Very very professional, friendly,and courteous. The food was awesome. Kudos to the cooks. Thank you for the awesome service. I highly recommend eating here. You can't go wrong

Date night with the wife here was amazing, our server Benjamin H was very attentive to our needs and took care of everything we need! Highly recommend!
