The Final Cut Steakhouse- St. Louis

Not up to usual standards. Apparently due to lack of servers like many restaurants at this time. Over an hour to receive our salads. Our order was taken in the first 10 minutes, but was taken by another server about 45 minutes later. Food was acceptable, but not up to previous visits. I would continue to recommend this establishment. I would assume this was an exception. I did find it odd that the servers may no attempt to offer dessert or some other form of compensation. They both were clearly aware of the delay.

Wine selection is amazing crafted cocktails are done to perfection. Love the crabcake appetizer. Filet was delicious (have never had one Final Cut that wasn't). Pork chop is huuuge has outstanding flavor. Service, presentation, taste, spirits...highly recommend!
