Bidrage med feedbackPoor service! No one would answer the phone tonight. I called four different times and let it ring for a while. They finally decided to answer on the fourth call but then hung it right up. So I drove there and they were not busy at all! Only one car waiting in line and since no one would answer the phone I had to pull to the side and wait while my order was cooking. Oh and the floor should be very clean because it seems as though the floor being swept was more important than waiting on the customers. Very poor service for a new place of business!
Bought a deep dish, the dough was very raw! Noticeably raw. Owner promised another. I called it in and When I got there And went inside to pick it upThe Pizza was not even put in the oven yet.The RUDE employee working the cash register rolled her eyes IN my face! and walked to the back and shouted that she just put it in. When I went back to get my pizza, I didn't notice until I got home this one was raw too!!! As if a joke was played!! So I call back and ask for the manager and the employee picked up and acted as if she were the manager. The manager mind you is allowing all this to happen and thought it was funny too. Everyone I know complains of the horrible service here. Me nor my friends or family will ever be going back to that zoo!!!!
Tonight it is 1- 12- 22 and it was horrible and I ordered at 8:00 PM but when I got there 30 minutes later the door was locked before 9:00 PM like the website says. Then I get what looked to be like yesterday's lunch pizza so I highly recommend to make sure you know what you are getting before you pay cause it takes 7 to 10 days to get the money back to your card.
I ordered 3 pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust and 2 classic cheese pizzas, then paid 45 and some change online with my debit card. They called me 10 minutes later and said they have no more stuffed crust dough and that I could either pick up my pizzas in the morning or wait 7-10 business days for my refund to post back to my card. I chose to then change my order to 3 extramostbestest pepperoni and 2 classic cheese. She asked if I wanted an extra supreme I thought in place of the 9 dollar difference) but no, she meant in place of 1 of the pepperoni pizzas. The Supreme I got was burnt and rock hard the other 4 pizzas were fine then i proceed to tell her that she'd owe me change. Broke down this elementary math... 3 stuffed crust that i paid 10 each plus tax, Instead I got 2 extramostbestest that cost 6.55 each and an 11 burnt Supreme. Now I know through the pandemic it's hard to find employees but please, Little Caesars, is it really hard to find people who can add a simple elementary math problem. She legit threw me 2 brownie cookie things, THAT NEED TO BE BAKED!!!!!, in lieu of the difference. Now girls , if I wanted to f ! cook, I wouldn't be playing kindergarten math teacher at the window in the cold, sweetie!!
The pizza is fine if it is something off of the hot and ready menu b/c it is basic and cheap. I ordered 2 different kinds of wings. They were not hot when they finally came to my vehicle and the sauce does not stay on the wings. It's pretty sad to say, but Walmart has better buffalo wings in their hotbox.
